As an IPHM Certified Practitioner, I carry out the entire clearing remotely, meaning I can work with your property wherever you are in the world.
Our homes hold far more than our belongings
They have history. People have lived, loved, argued, grieved, celebrated, become ill and passed away within them. Land itself can also have a history stretching back hundreds or even thousands of years.
Sometimes the energetic environment of a property can become disturbed or feel heavy. A Home, Land & Property Clearing allows me to systematically assess the property and surrounding land to understand what may be happening energetically.
Rather than assuming there is a spirit or other form of interference present, I work through a structured Spirit Guided Remote Spirit Release (SGRSR) protocol to establish what, if anything, needs to be addressed.
Depending on what is identified during your assessment
The clearing can look at a number of different areas. These can include:
Earthbound Spirits
Spirits that may remain connected with a property, building or area of land.

Residual energy associated with previous occupants, events or experiences connected with the property.

Areas of the property that feel particularly dense, uncomfortable or energetically depleted can be assessed and worked upon.

The assessment is not limited to the walls of your home. The land and wider energetic environment surrounding the property can also be included.
You don’t need dramatic paranormal activity
People come to me for many different reasons, including:

Sometimes there isn’t one obvious thing happening. It can simply be a feeling of “something isn’t right here.” That is enough reason to have the property assessed.
The important word is assessment
There are many ways of energetically cleansing a home, from burning herbs and using sound to Reiki and other energy practices. My approach is different.
I use a structured Spirit Guided Remote Spirit Release protocol specifically developed for assessing homes, land and properties.
I don’t begin by assuming what is causing the problem. I work systematically through the property with my Spirit Team to identify what is present before determining what, if anything, needs to be cleared.
This allows the work to go much deeper than simply attempting to change how the space feels.
Four stages, and nothing to prepare
Tell me what’s been happening
Before your clearing, I’ll ask you for some basic information about the property and anything unusual you have noticed. Don’t worry if you cannot explain what is happening, you don’t need to diagnose the problem yourself. That’s what the assessment is for.
I carry out the assessment remotely
You don’t need me walking around your home with equipment, and I don’t need to physically visit. I work through the Home, Land & Property protocol with my Spirit Team, systematically assessing the property, its energetic environment and, where appropriate, the surrounding land.
The clearing
Anything identified as requiring attention is worked through using the appropriate stages of the protocol, spiritual or energetic interference, Earthbound Spirits, energetic connections, portals and residual energy. The aim is to restore the property to a clearer, more balanced state.
Your feedback
After I’ve completed the work, I’ll explain what I found and what was cleared or worked upon. I’ll also let you know about anything that came through during the session that I feel is relevant for you or your property.

Having your new home energetically assessed and cleared can be a beautiful way of creating a fresh starting point before settling into the property.
It can be particularly useful when you know very little about the previous occupants or history of the building.
